Any grievance shall be qualifies as written only by any paid member, that he or she is adversely affected by the misinterpretation or misapplication of any written policy of the organization. 

To address grievances, member needs to follow the grievance procedure.

Any dissatisfaction or feeling having connection with only organization written policy / process and the grievance only considered if the dissatisfaction adversely affects organizational relations and productivity.

Personal grievance will not be entertained.
